We stand at 131 paid members. Still 9 to go to meet goal.

Old Business

Charles H. will be ordering the Legion Jackets, once all orders are paid for.

The Legion received a thank you note from St. Francis Xavier Church for the donation of a Christmas Food basket.

Flags were taken down on December 9th. Thanks to all who helped

New Business

Sauk Rapids Legion, Post 254, sent an invitation to our Legion to a dinner reception for the National Commander's visit. This will occur on January 16th at 7:00 PM. The Sartell Legion will pay for Flip M. and his wife to attend.

The Adj. will check with the Legions website webmaster on updating the current website.

Warren N. brought up the idea of getting the Sartell Legion's name out to the public. He recommended advertising in the Sartell Newsleader newspaper. After much discussion, the proposal passed.

The Idea of bringing in some money was placed before the Legion. Selling Flags or Bratts was discussed and tabled. The Cmdr will check with the Sauk Rapids VFW to see if/when we can have a meat raffle to help out the two local Boy Scout troops.
Troops 11 and 211 were represented by John Burnett and Chuck Rose.

Nick D. will be taking over membership while Erv H. is out sick.
