Meeting called to order by Cmdr Paul at 7:30 PM at the Sartell Bowling Alley.
Opening Prayer read by Snuffy
Guests: Leaders of Boy Scout Troop 11, John Burnett and Dave Schleppenback, gave a report on the current status of the troop. They stand at 18 scouts, 1 of whom made Eagle Scout. The American Legion sponsors the Boy Scouts.

The minutes were approved.
Membership: Stands at 105, reported by Nick D.
Finance Committee Report by Nick D.
All financial notes are in a separate report.
Motion to approve the Finance Officers report was made by Snuffy. 2nd by Chuck H. Approved
Old Business
Snuffy will report on flags for Country Manor during next month's meeting.
Flags were retired. Thanks to all those who helped.
New Business:
Only St. Francis Xavier Church requested a Christmas basket donation this year. This will be filled after New Years day. A suggestion by Nick D. to use some of the remaining budget on food trays and fruit baskets for Veterans at the Sartell Country Manor Nursing Home. This motion was 2nd by Chuck H. and approved by the membership. Nick and the CMDR will work with Country Manor.
The Finance Officer, Nick D., will take care of the paperwork to keep the Legion as a non-profit organization. Nick will also be talking with the High School Administration on the condition of their US and POW/MIA flags.
