Old Business

Once the mailing list is put together, the approved donation letter, by Nick D. will be mailed. This will help pay for all the flags and poles that are in need of repair.
Flags were removed on December 10 at 10 AM. Pictures were taken for the local paper. Keep an eye out for the article. Thanks to all the members that helped take the flags down on that COLD Saturday.
The CMDR asked the Legion to purchase 3 or 4 Legion caps for ware by members in certain events(ie Funerals). Ralph J. will get the cost and present this at the next meeting.
Country Manor has a flag on the outside of the building that is need of replacement. Ralph J. was still looking into the cost of the 5" X 8" flag. This will be brought up at the next meeting.
The Legion's annual Christmas basket donation will take place at the "old" Coborns on December 19, at 6PM. These baskets will be donated to local churches in time for the Christmas Holiday.

New Business

The CMDR would like to advertise about the Legion in the local paper. He then asked the Membership what they thought about the idea. After a bit discussion, it was tabled until the next meeting.
When the new flags and poles do arrive, the CMDR volunteered his place to assemble them. The members discussed what would be needed to do this.
