Motion to approve the Finance Officers report was made by Erv H. 2nd by Flip M. Approved

2007 Membership Report by Erv H.

We stand at 110 paid members. Still 34 to go to meet goal. Erv volunteered to make one last set of calls to get members before the major increase in membership. (Due Jan 1, 2007)

Old Business

The Legion's Membership Dinner is set for 22 October, 2006. It will be at the Sauk Rapids VFW, Chicken and Ham will be served. 79 people have signed up for the dinner.

Charles H. gave a report on ordering of the Legion Jackets, once all orders are paid for, he will put in the order.

New Business:

Flip M. brought up that the next Sartell Parade, is already a go. The Legion should be prepared to be Color Guards again.
