Finance Committee Report by The CMDR.
All financial notes are in a separate report.
Motion to approve the Finance Officers report was made by
by Robert S. 2nd by Ralph J. Approved
Debate followed on the Legion Baseball teams checkbook. The CMDR
will follow up on who is responsible for it.
Old Business
The building being sought for our Legion Club has been leased by another concern. Rolly W. made a motion to suspend all further investigation of getting a Legion Club, 2nd by Ralph J. the Motion Failed (2 for the motion, 4 against).
New Business:
Flags are to be retired on Friday Morning, 21 September, Thanks to Snuffy, Ralph J. Robert S. and Henry D. Flags being raised, will be brought up at the next Monthly Legion meeting.
The CMDR has set up a meat raffle at the Sauk Rapids VFW for November 9th, Please call the CMDR to help out.
