Old Business

The Cmdr reported on the cost of each vest. These would be used by the Color Guard, when marching in the annual Sartell parade. A concern came up of how many to order and what sizes.

Coordination of a Color Guard for the Legion Baseball team could not be met due to conflicting schedules.

New Business:

The poles holding up the flags need repair, The Cmdr volunteered to repair and have them ready to display by August 29th, 2005.

Flags will be set up on Monday, 29 August, starting at 6:30 PM

The annual Membership dinner will be on 16 October, 2005 at the Sauk Rapids VFW. Flyers will be sent. 3:00 to 5:00 Social Time, Dinner at 5:00 PM.
