Financial report amended, previous total assets were incorrect.
Corrected copies of the report were distributed to appropriate officers.

Motion by Nick D. to approve minutes as corrected. 2nd by Snuffy.
The minutes were approved.
Guest to the Sartell Legion: Mayor Tim O’Driscoll reported that there was good, Positive
feedback from the Memorial Day Celebration. All went well, a larger attendance than
last year was present. He made several recommendations for next year:
New mini-flags
New wreath
The Legion should purchase its own large MN State Flag.
Legion members said they would check on costs and budget for next year, if feasible.
Membership: None given. Goal is still 130.
Finance Committee Report by Finance Officer Nick D.

Motion to approve the Finance Officers report was made by Chuck H., 2nd by Snuffy. Approved
Old Business:
Memorial Day: Chuck H. reported the donation given by Coborn’s to support the Memorial Day Celebration: $60 for Coffee and $134.77 in Donuts, cookies and refreshments.
New Business:
A White ballot vote was done for all officer positions, as no more than one candidate
Ran for each office. John Denney was appointed as Adjutant.
Motion was made by Chuck H. to give the Waite Park Legion Post 428 Rifle Squad
$75 for their participation in the Memorial Day Celebration. 2nd by Snuffy, approved.
Motion by Paul S. to raise Officers salary to $400.00 per year. 2nd by Chuck H. approved.
