Old Business

Nick D. posted nine (9) letters to ask for donations. No replies have been received.

To repair the flags, Legionnaire Paul Schaefer has volunteered his house. 80 Flags were repaired. Flags will be hung at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 6th. Hangers for the flags will be repaired at this time.

The CMDR has setup a meat raffle on April 2nd. The raffle was a success. All funds will be given to Legion Baseball. A gift certificate will be given to the helpers.

For the Sartell Summerfest Parade, the Sartell Legion will be the Color Guard. So far two have volunteered, two more are needed. The parade is June 10th, with line-up at 8:45 AM.

A donation to Harold Hartfield, a Legion member, was requested by Don T

A motion by Erv H. to add the 1st Vice Cmdr to be able to sign checks. This way payments can get out on time. Motion passed.
