Guests: We welcomed the 6th District Commander, Wayne Gilbertson, to the Sartell American Legion. He spoke about the Legion's training seminar that emphasized that the Legion is "more than a bar". Membership was also brought up, in order to get new members, try telling everyone what the local Legion has done for the community. The Commander has visited all but 6 Legion Posts in the 6th District. Quite an accomplishment.
We also welcomed Bob Maiz, Past 6th District Commander, from Waite Park Post 428. He mentioned that there is a Marine Color Guard Attachment in the area, that might be available for duty at our Memorial Day Service. Cmdr Paul will look into this by calling Dennis Klug.
