Guest

Dave Alton, CMDR East Stearns County, was our guest for the meeting. He brought up several ideas on how to get membership and that there is help available to Legion members. He also asked for us to show at the next East Stearns County meeting. It is held every other month on the 2nd Tuesday. Holdingford will host the next meeting on March 13.

We stand at 132 paid members.

Old Business

The meat raffle is set for March 2nd at 4:45PM. We will keep all the profits from the raffle. A second raffle was not possible. Volunteers are:Nick Don T. Snuffy, the CMDR and Robert S. The monies will go to Legion Baseball expenses.

Flip M. brought up two items to donate at the Sartell Centennial. The Legion will order Pens and paper to be given away. Warren N. will look into getting handouts from the Dept. Warren made the motion, Nick D. 2nd and approved.

The Legions Ad brought in our first member. Welcome to Robert S. our newest member.

The Legion jackets and hats will be ordered by Chuck H. as soon as all monies are paid.

New Business:

The Legion received a Thank You note from St. Francis Xavier Church for the Christmas basket of food the Legion donated.
